New Malware.j Trojan

Hi, I have installed McAfee security suite and it has discovered this virus 4 times on my PC. The programme won't delete, clean or quarantine the virus, is there anything I can do?

If McAfee isn't working out,

If McAfee isn't working out, try installing another anti-virus program and see if you have better luck removing it.
